FAT-BURNING FOOD

Consider about these food if you want to burn fat in your body. Foods that are high in protein and fiber are the best kinds to eat. It is because it takes more energy to digest protein than it does to digest fat. So the more protein you eat, the more calories your body burns.




1. Egg
    This food is a good choice but be aware with the cholesterol contained in the egg yolk.
